Every custom forged wheel is tailor-made according to personalized customer requirements. Adopting a full-custom and high-standard production and inspection system, we combine exclusive design, premium raw materials, precision manufacturing and strict safety tests to deliver high-strength, high-precision and uniquely styled custom wheels for various vehicle modification and off-road applications.
1. Custom Solution Confirmation & Premium Raw Material Inspection
We confirm all personalized parameters with customers, including wheel size, offset, PCD, center bore, design style and surface finish, to develop an exclusive production plan. All custom wheels are crafted from high-grade 6061-T6 aviation aluminum billets. Each aluminum bar is verified with complete chemical and mechanical property certificates and tested one by one for composition and hardness. Unqualified raw materials are eliminated before production to ensure reliable quality from the source.
2.Exclusive 10,000-Ton Hot Forging Forming
Utilizing advanced 10,000-ton hot forging technology, we shape the aluminum alloy at optimal temperatures to enhance grain flow and structural integrity. This exclusive process significantly improves the material's tensile strength and fatigue resistance compared to traditional casting methods. Precise control over forging parameters ensures consistent dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish, minimizing subsequent machining needs. Based on customized design drawings, blanks are formed through high-temperature and high-pressure hot forging. We precisely control forging temperature, pressing pressure and forming status to achieve a dense internal structure, high toughness and superior overall strength. All forged blanks undergo strict visual inspection to eliminate cracks, folds and surface defects, ensuring stable and consistent structural performance for every custom wheel.
3. T6 Heat Treatment & Performance Optimization
All wheel blanks are processed with standard T6 heat treatment, including solution treatment and artificial aging. Accurate temperature and time control stabilizes the internal molecular structure of the aluminum alloy. Post-treatment hardness testing guarantees stable mechanical properties, excellent load capacity and outstanding impact resistance.
4. Custom Precision CNC Machining & Dimensional Calibration
Precision one-piece CNC machining is performed strictly according to customer custom data. Core dimensions such as diameter, width, PCD, offset and center bore are accurately calibrated. 6. Professional Safety Performance Testing
All finished wheels undergo authoritative safety tests in compliance with DOT, ECE, TÜV and JWL standards, including impact test, radial fatigue test and cornering fatigue test. Penetration testing is applied to detect invisible internal microcracks, ensuring complete structural integrity and driving safety.
7. Final Full Inspection & Professional Packaging
Before shipment, 100% full inspection is carried out for each custom wheel, including dimension recheck, appearance examination and performance verification to ensure all customized requirements are fully met.
