Forged wheels are formed by applying 10,000 tons of high pressure to a single block of aerospace aluminum, resulting in a much denser molecular structure. This means they are significantly stronger than cast wheels at the same weight, or much lighter at the same strength. They not only improve vehicle handling but also effectively shorten braking distances and reduce fuel consumption.
All YUGOLE wheels are produced based on high-level customization. When you inquire or place an order, simply provide your vehicle's specific brand, model, year, and whether the brake system has been modified. Our professional technical team will accurately match the PCD, CB, and ET for you, ensuring safety, no rubbing, and a perfect stance.
You don't have to worry at all. Every YUGOLE wheel is wrapped with a scratch-resistant protective film before leaving the factory, then placed into custom thick cardboard boxes with high-density anti-collision foam inside. For long-distance sea freight or shipments to distant regions, we will also add wooden crates for extra reinforcement, ensuring the wheels arrive at your location in perfect condition.
We offer clear itemized warranties: a 3-year structural warranty against non-human-induced wheel fractures, and a 1-year surface finish warranty against bubbling or peeling under normal use and maintenance. If any issues arise within the warranty coverage, we promise to resolve them properly.
We highly recommend having them installed at a professional automotive modification shop or tire shop. Before installation, make sure the wheel mounting surface is clean. When tightening the lug nuts, you must use a torque wrench and tighten them diagonally in sequence to the standard torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer (usually 110-140 Nm). Do not use an impact gun directly, as it may damage the lug nuts or the wheel.
As this is a customized product, the production cycle is typically 20 to 35 working days from the confirmation of the design and receipt of the deposit. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the chosen surface finish (such as single color, two-tone, polishing, etc.) and the order quantity. We will keep you updated on the progress throughout the production phase.
