Frequently Asked Questions
We have compiled all the questions you may have about YUGOLE forged wheel customization, craftsmanship, and purchasing. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Forged wheels are formed by high-pressure forging an entire aerospace-grade aluminum billet under 10,000 tons of pressure. This creates an extremely dense molecular structure, resulting in higher strength and lighter weight, with safety and handling far superior to traditional cast wheels (which are prone to pores and sand holes). YUGOLE consistently adheres to 100% 10,000-ton forging technology.
PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) determines the bolt pattern, CB (Center Bore) ensures the wheel hub fits perfectly, and ET (Offset) determines how the wheel sits in the fender. These data are critical to safe installation and to ensure there is no rubbing against the brake calipers. YUGOLE customizes strictly according to your specific vehicle's data.
When placing an order, simply provide your vehicle brand, specific model, year, and whether you have modified the brake system. Our technical team will match the safest PCD, CB, and ET based on our factory database and confirm with you before production.
Compared to OEM cast wheels of the same size, YUGOLE forged wheels typically reduce weight by approximately 20% - 30%. The reduction in unsprung mass results in more direct throttle response, shorter braking distances, and significantly improved fuel efficiency.
From the moment you confirm the final design drawings (3D modeling) and pay the deposit, the production cycle is usually 20 - 35 working days (depending on the complexity of the surface finishing). We will keep you informed of the progress at every step.
We offer a variety of premium surface finishes, including brushed silver, polished, matte black, gloss black, two-tone brushed, and custom paint. To meet individual needs, we also support custom paint matching to your specific vehicle color using the PANTONE color chart.
Absolutely. YUGOLE offers a specially reinforced forged series designed for heavy-duty and off-road vehicles, boasting exceptional load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. The heavy-duty truck application case shown on the right is a testament to our hardcore capabilities.
Yes. We offer a 3-year structural warranty against non-human-related wheel fractures, and a 1-year surface finish warranty against bubbling or peeling under normal use and maintenance.
Absolutely not. Every set of YUGOLE wheels has its PCD, CB, and ET precisely machined for a specific vehicle. Forcibly mixing and matching will not only make installation impossible but also lead to wheel loosening and detachment while driving, posing a significant safety risk.
It takes just four steps: ① Consult and provide your vehicle data; ② Our design team provides 3D renderings for your confirmation; ③ Pay the deposit to start production; ④ Pay the balance upon completion, and we arrange global logistics for shipping.
Installation must be performed by a qualified professional tire shop or automotive modification shop. Ensure the wheel contact surfaces are clean, and use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts in a diagonal sequence to the standard torque specified by the vehicle manufacturer (usually 110-140 Nm).
Highly secure. Each set of wheels comes with custom thick cardboard boxes and anti-collision padding, with a scratch-resistant protective film wrapped on the surface. For sea freight or long-distance shipments, we add extra wooden crates for reinforcement to ensure your wheels arrive in perfect condition.
